Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst (6 9 years) to support a Pendo team working with custom and in-house applications. The ideal candidate will have strong business analysis, stakeholder management, data analytics, and technical understanding of web applications and user behavior.
Key Responsibilities
• Gather, document, and translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with business, product, and technical teams on application enhancements.
• Analyze user behavior, application usage, engagement, and feature adoption.
• Support Pendo/digital adoption initiatives and application instrumentation.
• Work across Dev, Clone, and Production environments.
• Use Jira and ServiceNow for requirements, issues, and operational support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams and stakeholders.
• Document workflows, dependencies, and application impacts.
Required Skills
• 6 9 years of Business Analysis / Business Systems Analysis experience.
• Pendo or digital adoption/product analytics experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering.
• Jira and ServiceNow.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
• Data analytics and user behavior analysis.
• SQL and Power BI exposure.
• Experience with web-based/custom applications and Dev/Clone/Production environments.
• Strong communication and Agile collaboration skills.
Preferred: Experience with WalkMe, Amplitude, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Whatfix, Userpilot, Gainsight PX, Appcues, Userlane, or Smartlook.
